With all the Xero reports, this has probably been covered, but it also makes for a lot of data to sort through.. so..

Does anyone have experience trying to record velocities shooting from under cover into light to medium rain? I am hoping to get range time soon, and collect velocity data, but the forecast is not my friend. Curious how well it records, and if it does pick up the shots, if there’s any obvious deviation from data collected in better conditions? Thank you!

I recently purchased the Garmin XERO chronograph for use with my standard firearms. And I have to say that I have been very impressed with its performance in standard conditions. Although I haven't used it in rainy or misty conditions, that's really something that any chronograph is going to have a hard time with. Low light or very intense light coming from the back of your target may also cause a problem, but the new radar technology that the Garmin uses can probably handle those conditions as well.
