Tuning Xisico XS60C Difficult Cocking

My XS60C cocking has increased even after 200 shots. So I removed the trigger assembly, bolt, hammer and hammer spring. 
I cleaned and reassembled making sure the hammer and bolt were in the forward position. Also the trigger sear in the fired position.

Now the bolt will only cock half way not engaging the sear. The bolt feels like rocks grinding.

Looking for any help from others who have a XS60C.

Possibly loaded the cocking pin in front of the bolt rather than in the notch?

Nevermind, I re-read and see that you had the bolt and hammer in the forward position during reassembly. If you are sure of that specifically when the cocking pin was installed, that should not be the issue. It was the inability to move the bolt back more than half way that pointed to the cocking pin being on the wrong side of the bolt.

I’m gonna bet a dime to a dollar same issue. 

 My buddies does the same. I’m fixing now. I don’t know the names of parts. The piece that pushes the spring through the groove. It’s crushing this sleeve for spring. Hopefully I’ll get on tonite, I’ll take a picture. Crow

This is I think the

 problem. It catches 

 here. This sleeve needs replacing. It was crushed so bad the spring was jammed inside. That’s the problem. Unfortunately I am inexperienced plus it’s not my gun so I can’t tell you much more right now. Hope this helps. Crow

Thank you for the responses. Yes I see all that you do.

The breach material is cast and difficult to polish, which is different from the bolt. Cocking felt like gravel when working.

At this point I am not going to put money into $100 gun. It’s packed away waiting for a better day.
