Have a question what should the regulator be set at ? When the gun came in it looked like they may had tested it before they shipped it to me and this is what it looked like

other than that it was zeroed in at 25 yards in 5 shoots and tack driving at 50 yards as the gun came to me ! Just wanted to know what the reg should be at I think it’s around 125 for now that will work until I get a fx chronograph unless someone has already tuned their Dreamline Tactical 25. Cal and can give me their settings!! I know that takes the fun out of it but I’ve been waiting for almost 5 months for this gun so-far no complaints! Thanks if anyone can help! Send pictures of your Dreamline tactical! Love to see what everyone is doing to their gun!

I have the .22 version. I’m waiting for the plenum to come before I tune mine. I did convert mine to a bottle because I wanted a higher shot count. With the 580cc bottle I’m getting about 6 magazines before it gets to the reg pressure. The cylinder I was getting about 45 shots. The reg is set at 140. Mine has a lot of droop and it’s a must for me to use adjustable scope mounts. Getting quarter size groupings at 50 yards with hades 15.9g.

Have you put a scope on it and fired it yet? Not sure if it was just mine that had barrel droop or they all do. I maxed my scope up on elevation and was still low on the target. I used eagle vision adjustable scope rings so I could angle my scope down and that solved the issue. The plenum is a new item from FX that increases stored regulator air. It allows you to use lower regulator pressure and get higher shot counts. I think it increases FPE as well. https://www.airgundepot.com/fx-dreamline-power-plenum.html#jmui=f%3A1349%3A305777022%3A0THK*BJZ9Gx4UZVkSHiFoBys

Yeah at first I noticed that my down elevation has maxed out and then I accidentally hit the tip of the barrel I noticed that my scope was too far back so I took it off and relocated it and it was completely way high so I had to re-zero The scope so now I have a lot of adjustments on my Bushnell !!But very weird how much difference that made I just purchased a barrel band so hopefully that will protect it some !

Yes the box said 22. Cal on it and I think the air tub said 250 bar on it maybe they just put a 700 mm 25. Cal barrel on and that’s why it sticks out ? I’m not at home yet but I’ll check I thought something was wrong when I opened the box and the gun wasn’t even wrapped and it had the moderator on the barrel and it was missing the endcap for when you’re not using the moderator !
unbelievable Pyramid Air I did call them and told them about that so they sent me a return confirmation with no return label nothing and then you tell me they couldn’t guarantee in stock what is going on thanks to Phil K 83 for noticing for your new guys I don’t know please know what you’re getting These guns are in a changeable obviously and I am a victim of this switcheroo just to get the gun out to the customer very unhappy so I will decide what to do If it is the right air tank and they just sent me a bigger 25 Cal barrel 700mm Then I think I’m good because I tell you what I’ve got it together and the scope zeroed in And I’m tack driving at 50 yards with no sweat! Any input will help me out with what to do !!

I’m just saying from eyeballing it in the picture. To me it looks like the barrel sticks out twice as far. Again it could be my eyes playing tricks on me. Comparing one picture on the internet to another. It’s all the same gun. The overall length wouldn’t change because the barrel length wouldn’t change. It would just have a shorter air cylinder with lower shot count. Maybe 2 or 3 mags instead of 3 or 4. Depending on tune and so on. I was wrong when I said 250cc for the .25 the first time. It’s actually 290cc. So that’s a bit of a difference if you got the 220cc. I’m sure if you contact fx with any concerns they would give you exact measurements and help you fix the problem if there is one. I just got my info from there website. https://fxairguns.com/rifles/dreamline-tactical/ . Otherwise sweet gun man! I’m just waiting on my taxes to order a dreamtac compact .25. Hope Im just seeing things. Just thought I’d point it out. I know I wouldn’t be happy if I waited five months and didn’t receive the gun up to spec.

Yeah that’s bs! Missing parts?!? I’d contact fx. You have a three year warranty and they are supposed to have great customer service. If you contact them and tell them what happened I bet they make it right. Otherwise at this point you waited five months. I say keep it and convert it to a bottle gun down the road. Get a lot more shots. But that’s only if no one will help you. Oh and the dream lines came with a 600mm in .25. Good luck! Good shooting!
