YH QB01 no pressure and leaking past decompression valve?

Well i just had it running at good temps and almost completed a 300 bar charge before the whipline burst. Not sure what made the difference so until i get a new whip line its done for now. For anyone else my Orion version YH QB01 doesn't have a check valve o-ring for whatever reason.
Ill look into M10 converters for my QC kit.

Thanks and any tips to get one of the delrin washers out?

the dead head comes from aliexpress?

What I found that works well to remove those washers out is a flat head screwdriver, sharpened then lightly tap it into the washer then unscrew it out. It seems to work the best for me. They came out like flat screws.

Thanks yes, i used this and it came out a treat was tight though.
