Yong Heng crank removal and replacement

I'm replacing the crank on my Yong Heng. I already know that the crank bolt is right hand thread and it has been removed.
Now I need help with removing the crank. I tried a gear puller but can't get a full grip with the puller.

What's the trick to removing the crank?

Sorry I can't help you, last week I just went in oposite direction, I moved all the upper/compression half to an other-new motor instead. I didn't wanted to hassle with a shaft seal behind.

I ended up removing the crank with my angle grinder.

Uhm, now just for a learning curve.... you have the pieces can you replicate what is a process of removing the crank? I don't see a keyway, also the picture orientation not enough to see would that shaft have a cone or is it a straight cylinder?

That seal on the shaft, I was predicting some difficulties and changed my directions to a harder way around.

Time for a new compressor

When I installed the new crank shaft, it went on smoothly and without a taper or key way. Then I torqued down the left handed bolt securely and not over tighten like it was originally installed. The over tighten bolt when assembled was likely why the crank arm was sized up and hard to remove.

The thing is I have a different counterweight. Mine slides over the crankshaft and is clamped to it via a bolt perpendicular to the crankshaft. This bolt tightens the counterweight down on the crankshaft.

My difficulty lies in removing the crankshaft from the motor assembly. Any suggestions are helpful as I am stuck.

Edit: I unstuck it with a board and a hammer. The crankshaft slides out of the crankcase after you remove the counterweight.
