Yong Heng Crankcase Breather

While changing the oil on my yong heng compressor, I broke off the crankcase breather. Is there anywhere I can buy just the breather? On the websites I see I would have to buy more tampons, o-rings, fill hoses etc. I have plenty of those pieces, I just want the breather!
