Yong heng filling slower than normal.

The gauge on mine starting leaking but we didn't figure out that problem until the next time we tried to fill. You have to shut off the YH while there is still some pressure in it to be able to hear where the leak is coming from and it also helps to run your hand over everything to feel if or where a leak is. We use thinned down 409 also which bubbles well where there are leaks.

Extra filters are more volume to fill. Any tiny leak slows down the fill rate drastically. Check all the connections (metal tubes and quick disconnects). Next is carbon build up on check valves but that usually leads to not building full pressure. Next is piston seals wearing.

☝🏼Yep, leaks then check valve, plug your outlet and run it up to around 3k, stop it, listen and spray that sucker down with snoop or good soapy water, if you don’t find any leaks? Buy the whole piston assembly, gaskets and smiley check plates. Also sometimes if you bleed off to quick the filter media will back feed and plug the lines👍🏻

Yup like everyone is saying usually a smallish leak somewhere. It happens a couple of times a year for me.

Also check the check valve assembly in the lower stainless line fitting on the high pressure block. There is an o-ring that gets toasted every few months in there that can slow things down and, if it deteriorates pieces of it can get stuck in other places and cause slow filling also.

Check your lines and filters for restrictions as well.
