How's this one???

AND SILLY WABBITS- GOTCHA!!!

SHIPPINGS NOT INCLUDED SO THATS AROUND $164 EXTRA.

The Yong Heng has a decent reputation and is fairly easy to get parts for on AliExpress. I have a couple of the set pressure models one is good and still runs after a couple years of me mistreating it. The other died shortly after the purchase cuz of QC problems and it cost me near $25 to fix it including shipping. Still I would tend to trust them more. The Aceeagle may share some parts but it's hard to be sure how many and where to find the rest may be a mystery.

Are you sure you want a 220V?

The hardcover and Set pressure versions are the best units the simple version does not have the water separator and the auto stop cuts off at 3000psi.

Id get the one with Yong Heng written on the side.

Each line is a 4500 fill on my 60min scba.

And this is friar Hengs best pals, filter filled with 13x molecular sieve.

Glem.Chally,

Can you educate me on the 13x molecular sieve you mentioned? I'm torn between buying a Yong Heng compressor or a tank fill system for my first PCP rifle. Looks like you've had reasonable success so far with that setup? Did the compressor come from Ebay or Amazon?

Thanks!

Curious, while you are on this topic, who uses their Yong Heng compressor just to fill their air (scuba) tanks?

Me.

Id get the one with Yong Heng written on the side.

Its just dessicant, you can buy a pound of it cheap on ebay and it'll last years. Change it out every month or so.

I got mine about 2 years ago from ebay.

Thanks @Glem.Chally. So the dessicant is just loose in the filter housing? Air passing over it dries it sufficiently?

Yeah i put pieces of cotton or a piece of the filter that come with the YH inside on either end as a plug. To stop anything from making it into the lines and works very well. I use both this long filter and the short one that comes with the YH when filling the tank.

Clean and dry air.

Heres what the desiccant looks like, so you can see why youd put some cotton plugs on either end inside its small beads.

I also purge the bleed valves every couple minutes when filling to blast out any moisture from building. Just a quick open and close.

And heres the cotton stopper on the output of the secondary filter you can see its clean and dry after 5+ fills. Anyone that says YH put out dirty or wet air are doing it wrong or don't know what they're talking about. (That wet looking stuff on the outer ring is some silicone grease for the oring)

Went with the 220V hardcover. Just filled my Great White from 3000 to 4000 for the second time. Hopefully it lasts as long as Glem.Chally. TIG’ed an aluminum mount for the Alpha and used PC water cooling QDs for the water lines. I break everything down and lock away the pump and filter while the bucket stays on the workbench. Have another bracket where I store the filter that keeps it upright when not in use.

My hardcover YH got here today. Amazon. 5 days. And here.

Setup was pretty easy. Made sure everything was tight before I fired it up.

One thing... Its pretty loud.

But filled my 100 cu in omega from 0 to 300 bar in 11 min. Fantastic! Filled my Uragan to 270 bar in 4 min.

Can't believe it was so cheap, even with the extra water/oil scrubber.

Bought it to bridge the gap until I can get something better. If this lasts a year, already worth it.
