The most common & successful method of finding leaks on the YH is to use a dead head plug on fill whip, let pressure build substantially then turn off YH while under pressure then use soap spray on every single external fitting & connector, anywhere it could leak. A common place for leaks is the dowty seal (bonded washer) on top of High Pressure cylinder. Usually just needs tightening or replacing that seal which should have come with YH spare parts. DON'T make a habit of stopping under pressure but it's OK in this case.
