Yong Heng Not Up To Pressure

Good advice - I ordered all of that and a little more earlier this evening.
Decided to rebuild my older Yong Heng. When reassembling the cylinder to the main unit should I use gasket sealer on the gasket and if so what do you recommend? Come to think of it itā€™s a splash oiler and not under any pressure so sealant probably isnā€™t needed. Your thoughts?

Check for carbon bits under second stage piston anti back flow plate. Easy fix. I had simular problem using Royal Puple Syn 100. Changed to Mobil 827 Rarus and no problems since. Important: Be sure to check placement of plate so can reassemble exactly. Bill
Thanks, Iā€™ll check that!

I removed the auto shot of gauge completely several months ago started acting weird. Mine has about 63 hrs running time. Rebuilt the housing ones (from a spare basic YH alu housing) because of a cracked crank case.
Looks like ready to replace the pistons now, the refill takes long time and noticed the line between a first and second stage is not warm even the second stage output I can hold my hand on it.

My Yong Heng HPA Air Pump/Compressor has been reliably filling my 9L SCBA tank to 300/310 bar but is now filling only to about 280 bar. What parts do I most likely need to replace to get it back to "normal?" It has about 7~8 hours of operation.
I had those small stainless ball bearings to leave indents in this brass valve ( loosing air ) See Photo IMG_2449.jpg
