Yong Heng Question! 😁

Anybody with a Yong Heng, can you tell me is this vent cap supposed to be extra tight when screwing it in? It seems like the threads on mine are oversized. It's plastic so I think I could horse it in but I don't want to wreck the threads. Are y'all experiencing the same thing?

It's just a breather. Long as oil isn't leaking out of it, you're fine. Personally I'd force it in there

They're all like that. It doesn't/won't bottom out. Just snug it up. It will be fine.

Mine is four years old but that hole was tapered on mine and the breather is straight walled, I just snuggled it up and called it good.

Oil change time I use regular pliers, wide setting, to loosen. Breather is standard to many compressors, sell for about $3, usually in 5-pack. WM
