That MTM bench is not bad. Actually pretty good value for the money, lightweight, easy to transport, fast set up and take down. I have one which I use in combination with a 5 gal bucket with padded seat.
The MTM bench is not the most stable. Seems to me to work better on a soft (sandy dirt) surface as opposed to a hard surface. Also works best if you keep the gun as low to the table's surface as possible (i.e.: shooting off bags instead of off something taller like a Stinger rest). Also good to have a hunting or FT type cushion available to adjust the shooter's height while mounting the rifle, as the table has no vertical adjustability.
There are more stable shooting tables out there. Table weight and design adds to stability, but reduces portability. The MTM shooting table biases towards being light weight, convenient and portable. Fine to shoot off occasionally, but I wouldn't want one as my only shooting platform. But the ones I prefer to shoot off of (Caldwell Stable Table) are much less portable.
