Your thoughts - eagle vision rings any good?

I use and have always had good luck with fx no limit mounts, but presently I’m in need of two sets I need 30mm pic and 25mm dovetail the problem is no one has both in stock and I rather just order both from same place on one order, But they all have the eagle vision mounts, I’ve never used them, has anyone used both? Which do you prefer? Or if anyone has either that your not using I will buy them as long as they are in like new condition

The No Limits mounts were a good idea, but I found them not as well made as I would like. They HAVE improved them, but I find the Sportsmatch and Eagle Vision to be much better. To me, the Eagle Vision are the top.... but then they cost a lot more. I have more Sportsmatch because of cost but wouldn't really mind switching to all Eagle Vision .

I have them, and like them a lot. I usually only use high end rings from my powder burners, but some of our air rifles need adjustable rings, and there is no way around it. I have tried the others, and like the Eagle Visions more, but the Sportsmatch are still nice. They are worth the price.

One thing I like better about the SM is the ability to finely adjust the elevation. They have screws that allow you to make small adjustments. The EVs must be held in place with your hands as you adjust. if you want to mount and adjust the scope with the rings, the SM are better. Otherwise, if you just need to jack them up and just want a rough adjustment, or some level of adjustment that doesn’t need to be exact, I like the EVs. And they look better than SM.

I also have used many sets of the FX and now use the Eagle vision. Very secure, look great and I like the side screw to lock things down once you have the elevation set where you like it. Well worth the money.

As to what Smok3y said about adjusting elevation, that is true. I use a little triangular wedge to adjust the height in fine adjustments. Once they’re set, I don’t mess with them much and I like the link of the Eaglevision much better. Just me.

I used the 30mm FX rings until I needed 34mm rings for another scope, which the Eagle Vision rings were included with. I really like the Eagle Vision rings much better. They are a lot more secure on the adjustable section and allow a bubble level to be screwed into the sides of the rings in two different locations on either side of them, which is a nice touch.

Eaglevision adjustable rings here, and I need to remove the large scope (Falcon X50) for storing.

I have only one FX Impact and I am using/swapping this scope, a red dot, and a holo sights, on a same gun, depend what game I want to play today or eventually for couple days.

The lock and repeatability on this adjustable infiniti rings is great, if any possible L-R or L-H error is so minor up to 50 not worth to bother.

The Sportsmatch has windage adjustment option too for the higher priced models except the 34mm does not have that option.

I like Sun Optics (formerly B Square AA) fully windage and elevation adjustable mounts to perfectly optically center the scope with less grid and price to the Burris Signature and Signature XTR both with posalign offset shim inserts. They are only like $20-$35 depends on where you shop smart (OR NOT!).

I used them for more than a decade even on springers and used a dab of nail polish on the threads and never moved. Found out they are now Sun Optics brand and thats what I'm gonna be buying from now on and so own all other brands mentioned and the cheapest fully adjustable mounts are the easiest and quickest to adjust and has both elevation and windage adjustments too.

Had I known a lot earlier about Sun Optics (for certain being formerly B Square AA) earlier I wouldn't have bought most of my FX and Eagle Vision and Burris rings after B Square got out of the game years ago.
