Out of the two, particularly for pesting in tight spaces? The Taipan Vet… From the picture the Katran doesn’t seem so compact. Would be nice to know the specs on both as equipped.

I've been attracted to power and lethality in small packages as of late, so my vote is for the Taipan.

Between the 2, I would pick the Katran hands down. The small rear cocking lever on taipan could be an issue in the dark so is the mag that makes you count.

Also, both are great looking airguns IMO. LeePerryman2007 has, as always, been making excellent content around that brand. For some reason the AirMaks definitely shines the more you look at it.

I’m not familiar with either gun. I guess it would depend upon what sort of pest(s) I’m after and the specs, caliber, and tune of the gun.
