Yucky weather

(yes yucky is a technical term )

Next 24 hours is freezing rain snow mix and 10 to 15 mph winds ! Doesn't look like much accumulation but still yucky ! Another odd thing is after 5 pm the temps will rise to 47 @ midnight ??? then back down for snow flurries in the AM

Been cold here in the mountains. Was showing 8 or so days with lows in the teens and highs still below freezing, but now down to 3. Scary for me here since I rely on spring water, but so far, so good.

Been severely limiting my shooting, but increasing forum time (and the associated 'want' time, causing me to buy things I dont need).

My shooting range at the cabin. Say no more….

That's purdy. I dont know why, but I've always liked the small step down. I'm covered on pistolas, so wont be attempting a similar build, but that's really nice!

Thanks Rob! You have a sweet collection there! I'm thinking about starting down the pistol rabbit hole for just fun plniking stuff.

This one is currently set at 12.5 fpe, but it'll touch 20 fpe with the stiffer spring and an 18 grain pellet.

Nice... always enjoy the pics of your builds!

Here's a 10 shot group with hades at 21 feet. I was just resting the gun on the air tank and seated. It's a hair low since I sighted in at 15 yards for my tree rat smacking range.

That is a huge improvement, I can tell you've been practicing! Nice shooting!

Pistols are a lot of fun if kept within range or they can get really frustrating.

They're not the most expensive or elegant, but i do okay with my caveman workshop!
I would beg to differ on 'elegant' for sure. But I know what you mean. I have a cheapo mini mill and lathe, but my 'machining' skills are about on par as a chimp with a Dremel. I keep saying I'm going to true up my lathe and try to get it running right, but I'm not sure there is any hope for it. Delrin or aluminum is fine... anything harder, nope. But I'll also admit that operator error is likely a huge factor!

Even way over here people are talking about Americans looking to get SNOW

Same here but matching the little country just snow

But my main concern is temperature and we are hovering under / above the point where water turn to a solid, and that is no good for me. 🥶

So i am thinking time to replace the little camping stove in the shed with something more substantial like this.

I'm so the chimp with a dremel! It got used on this build for sure! I do have to use my readers and a headlamp no though. This getting old chit is getting old!
