ZAN .22 20 grain slugs

Hi!

Any experiences with the ZAN .22 20grain slugs? I couldn't find any info about them.
I'm looking for ligth weigth slugs to shoot them out of my Fx Wildcat mk3 compact (tube version).

Good luck finding info on 23gr and under .22 slugs. I have been scouring the web for slug results from the lighter end, and almost all the articles are done by competitors shooting over 30 grains. You are, more than likely, going to have to do your own testing. The 20.3gr Daystate Howler seems to be the most popular light .22 slug, and there are some stories on those, but that's about it.

FYI, you might want to try some AEA 21.9gr pellets, as their b.c. is almost as high as a slug. C'cut is getting .06, nothing to sneeze at.

I'd try the 20.2gr & 23gr. NSAs out of that gun. Only try them if you have a stx heavy liner installed. If you have the stx standard liner, then the jsb exacts should stack right out of the gate.

Actually, I can't believe that I forgot to mention the FX Hybrids. Definitely try those out, and there is a lot of stories on those too. They are a little different, and dirty, but can be really accurate. They seem to do best when going over 920fps, I wouldn't shoot those slower.

This weekend I found a channel on YT by an Aussie called the meathead marksman who did some good reviews three years ago on lightweight .22 slug shooting out of an FX Impact. It's worth a look, the guy is pretty good, seems to have stopped doing videos now.
