Will the Hyper Line coating revolutionize airgun projectiles? No residue, no fouling, no barrel cleaning, anti-friction, high visibility. Count me in! I hope they offer the Hyper Line coating on pellets too.

Finally, a sizer that addresses both the head and skirt. Old sizers made the head and skirts the same size, but really, the skirt should be slightly bigger than the head for air sealing.

Wow, lots of new stuff. I like the coated slugs, the ELR slugs and the pellet sizer. One thing though is that the stated BC for those ELR slugs have a dose of wishful thinking.

This sizer would also be useful for slugs, because it works with deviations of 0.01mm, while most slugs on the market have a difference of 0.02mm, and slugs are much more sensitive to size. Kudos to the Zan team for such innovative things, it's everything I imagined could be done in terms of modern AG ammunition.

The very good thing about ZANs is they on this side of the pond. No import duties and very little charge in logistics.

Can someone explain more about how the pellet sizer works?
I understand what the purpose is, but am getting confused with how it makes the skirt or head larger.
For example, I buy a tin of 7.62 pellets, which in actuality I get every pellet may not be exactly 7.62, but for arguments sake let’s say they are all 7.62 skirt and head diameter. How is a 7.64 sizing plate going to change the pellet size? Wouldn’t that just be dropping a small circle through a bigger circle?
Or is it only used to make a large pellet smaller?

What you're used to seeing along with myself are size reducers. This is essentially a die that allows you to customize the size of your pellet maneuvering, where the lead is going.

Right, I get the concept of what it’s doing. I don’t get how it’s doing it.
There’s a video on Zan’s instagram showing how to use it. Drop a pellet in head first, press it with a “probe” tool, and then push the pellet out with a button on the bottom. Is the “probe” that pushes the pellet in stretching out the skirt? But then how is the head being expanded?

That depends on how their system works, but it could be taking lead for that from inside the skirt and pushing it into the head. Making it a deeper skirt cavity.
