Tuning Zbroia Kozak FC Trigger Adjustment?

Hello, how’s it going?

I don’t know you or your experience with air guns so it’s hard to say what’s going on with your Zbroia’s trigger without at least a little background. Did the gun come from the dealer with all of the creep, did you buy it used with all of the creep or is it something that you did? The reason I ask is because the trigger on the Zbroia Kozak usually comes from the factory dialed in with no creep, a very clean break and not much over travel. Basically, they are great triggers and usually need very little adjustment from the factory if they need any at all.

With that being said, I sold my son’s Zbroia to YoDoyle so that I could afford to buy my son a Maverick. I don’t have the owner’s manual and I do not remember what adjustment screw does what. Hopefully YoDoyle will read this and can guide you in the proper order to make changes to the adjustment screws.

Good luck. Stoti

Thanks Stoti. My FC came from Baker Airguns. I bought it used with very little use. I didn’t touch it. That being said the trigger has a ton of creep. I shot another Zbroia that came from Georgia Airguns and the trigger was perfect. As far as me and my experience I’ve been around PCP’s awhile but haven’t ever needed to adjust the trigger on one. The videos YODoyle showed are for the Kozak and the set up is different so they don’t apply. And my owners manual doesn’t show anything about trigger adjustment. That’s why I’m here ........

Let me see if I have some notes on the trigger. I often scribble down some of the notes on things like trigger adjustment order in my field notebook that I keep in my shooting bag, That way I have it with me in the field. I put all of the manuals and receipts for everything I buy in the gun safe, I don’t take them to the field. I’ll check it out tomorrow, hopefully someone will chime in by then though.

Admittedly Not even watching the videos based on common sense I would think it's a trigger tension rod take up that needs adjustment.

Trigger linkage screw in the trigger connecting rod to take up the slack.

Try adjusting the trigger connecting rod so it's longer in length connection between the front and rear trigger. If it worsens your situation then common sense go and adjust it the Opposite way to shorten the length probably a nut of the whole rod may screw to adjust. The one I got from Stoti didn't need any adjusting whatsoever so I never needed to remove the stock to see what the linkage even looks like.
