This is really a shame that I am writing this, but I haven't had a single response to any of my emails or phone calls.
I recently ordered two of the LW Poly barrels from SPAW. They took some time to ship, 7 days to create a label. Maybe it was busy? Who knows.
Received the barrels in a well packaged box, but when opened I was able to immediately see rust in the bores of both barrels. They were nearly 100% coated internally with rust.
After pressing a pellet through both barrels and getting inconsistent resistance and loads of rust caking the pellets. I decided it wouldn't be worth the effort for me to put in all the effort to lap and polish the barrels to the extent they would need to be, and then machine them for a gun and install it to only find out they are inaccurate.
I sent them a message describing what is going on, no reply.
A second email was sent, no reply.
Multiple phone calls had been made, no answer.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
I do not plan on purchasing anything from there again, and if you do maybe think twice about buying the used poly 177 barrels.
