After fiddling with things and otherwise setting up my processes and procedures for PCP, I finally started shooting today. Took out my Sapsan S to zero and plink.
Fit and finish was good with uniform blueing. Magazines were easy to load and the anti-double loading feature is great! The included moderator worked well, but there’s no masking the pinging right by your ear with every shot.
Accuracy was superb. Using 15.89gn JSP Jumbos, I put 10 shots in the same hole at 18yds for about a .6” group. I have no doubt that better groups are possible if I wasn’t such a crappy shot.
So far, so good. I just hope I don’t develop those leaks that I saw some others here experienced with Zbroia weapons. Mine is a 2021 vintage.
My poor man’s setup was UTG over-barrel bipod, UTG Accushot 3-12x44 with accessory wheel, and a UTG 3/4” pic rail riser. Mr. Garmin reported good speeds and deviations too:
