I have an opportunity to buy a ZM2002 (it's an Anschutz 2002 that had been modified by Allen Zasadny. ZM meants Zasadny Moidify) rifle in excellent physical and functional condition. it's being setup for 20 FPE open class. How much is it worth? Thanks

I have shot a few of these. Awesome rifles. They do get flex but that can be fixed with a bridge scope mount. I would reach out to AZ.
I would love to have one but I love old field target rigs. But having said that you are looking at a rare rifle that was fully customized by AZ 20 plus years ago. If it needs service you are pretty much locked to sending it back to him. You are basically buying a vintage Ferrari with no factory support.
IF this is the one AOA has I can almost guarantee it will need a service. It might hold now but it won’t once you start shooting it.
I bought a few styers from the same collection. AZ had to go through all of them and replace seals, valves and other worn parts made of unobtainium.
As far as price not sure but factor in the service that it will need.

I will add that I have one of his custom FWB P70, Styer LG100, BSA SuperTEN, two Daystate LR90 and three styer LP1 pistols. His stuff is accurate.
But all of them needed maintenance after purchase. Not anything to do with his work, just age. Seals and reg’d don’t last forever.
