Tuning Zoraki HP-1 power problems

I ordered a Zoraki hp-1 from Chequia, came with the F marc (for German market, limited to 7 joules)

First thing I notice is how inacurate it is, even adjusting windage and elevation to the max I can't zero the sights. Barrel is bend... ho poop... I finally managed to straigth it more or less and leave the deviation almost entirely on elevation, still this is no good... and also IMPOSIBLE to achieve the results shown in the test chart with that extreme deviation.

When I manage to patch the barrel and chrony it... it shows 150 m/s (492fps) with a lightwheigt pellet... that can't be right... this isn't even 7 joule!

So I pass trough the problems to acces the valve, wich is no easy on the newer versions of the gun, and turn it all the way to increase the power to the max.

Chrony again and... exactly the same results, yet the test chart shows 190ms(623fps) with a more heavy pellet.

I'm very disapointed with the pistol and I don't know what else I can do to put it at the supossed power. Is there any other adjust besides the valve?

I would just call the dealer and request a free pickup shipping label to send it back for a replacement if what you did to the pistol isn't obvious especially due to its inaccuracy and wouldn't mess with that one that's obviously got poor QC.

I wouldn't have touched anything just because it was inaccurate and don't want to give the seller any excuse not to take it back for return.
