Zulus DM35L

How do you buy one? I have the original 0MOA picatinny rail. I took my zulus off to mount a bipod (chickened out drilling the holes). Then I went to put the zulus back on and the mount and adapter situation was just loathsome.
I tried to buy a DM35L from the UK but they wanted my TIN so it is still in the cart.
I really would like a DM20L but I don’t think they make one.

They have PM35S and PM20L. If you do an outside search they come up with DM35L but have no listing on their website. I tried calling but got voicemail.
