Unfortunately, I'm not in an area with this much game diversity. Here in New Mexico, this time of year, squirrels and doves are the main species, with a few pigeons thrown in.
Too clod this morning, however, as it is 5°F.

Over on this side of the pond, The Twelve Days of Christmas is heard quite often, even though the population is rather cosmopolitan (every walk of life).

Tasting the Coot for the first time.
Have marinated the meat with a good amount of masala.Im sure it will taste good.Will BBQ it.
