I think Ed requires all his dealers to assemble and disassemble his guns, including Brian which he already did, in case customers need parts or the know how to install them. Just my guess.

I think it's pretty cool that he makes all the distributers build a gun from scratch so they know how parts fit, the gotchas of assembly and disassembly, and the overall ins and outs of the gun. I wish all manufacturers did this, but I guess having a closed distribution loop helps.

My only concern is the longevity of the magazine looks to be metal to metal Friction contact that will eventually wear and cause issues, from the pictures I’ve seen of used magazines wear is already present also the o ring that seals to the magazine how often will they need to be replaced . If I’m wrong please correct me!

No problem with the magazine, since it touch the metal only while the moment of shooting, being pressed to the barrel by the pressure. It revolves free, without contacting the metal.

The original indexing mechanism piston of the L2 was made of polymer, newer part was made in stainless steel, will changed back to polymer...because science!

So with all this said? When are we supposed to get our hands on one I was part of the 1st 100 sold but at that time it was for July shipping now it looks less likely does anyone have information on when we will get them. Am so excited can't wait anymore hahaha. Ed has done a Great job with The design of leshiy 2.

Yeah, I am in the first 100 to put the down payment in as well . . . and am not optimistic about receiving the new Leshiy in July as we'd hoped. Hoping it's not much longer before we see them here in the US!
