It is quieter and best full mag group of 9.6mm shot to date with it on at 25m. No more flyers, not yet anyways. No more of a few other issues as well, so far.

Happy with this setup, my Impact is finally shooting as it should :) Next is to get the parts machined. Then explore the Huggett option.
 
Good idea. But what is that pinkish stuff on the inside of your endcap? Doesn't look like your normal lead dust.

I took off my .25 WC shroud yesterday (using a hair dryer, worked very well to release it) in preparation for a shroud baffle kit that I have ordered from air-fective tuning.
I'll tell you how I get on with it soon. They do custom baffle kits for around 50$ plus whatever to get it to you. I doubt it will be quite as good as a Huggett, but will save a lot of length. They do direct WC 4 inch LDCs as well that attach with the same thread as the end cap.

No idea what that pinkish stuff is. It's in the muzzle too. Something from factory maybe ..

Yes please report on the air-fective baffle kit. I am tilting towards a shorter shroud for both .22 and .25 and adding the Belita Huggett 4" and Standard Huggett 7" respectively. That will then allow for the rifle to be taken down retaining the original carry case.

Nope, 30mm too long. That's because of the 40mm reduction to clear the valve adjustment knob.

Main thing is that it all fits and has improved the accuracy. Will be trying different shroud lengths to see what works best.

Need WC specific FX stacks dimensions, if anyone has one fitted.
