I wonder if Midway has the ability to export.

You could make a lot of money reselling them especially if you normally pay 3x the cost I would buy them ALL then sell them on Amazonuk or Ebayuk of I were you then buy a couple of the the Delta Wolfs.

The Alphabet org, in their infinite wisdom, has deemed that rifle scopes cannot be sold and exported outside of the United States. It's an entirely different matter if a United States citizen wants to travel outside of the US with his rifle and scope.

I have a sightron S3 made in Japan, which I like how does this compare? Is it made in Japan can you click it?

You can try to click it. They are rated ok when it comes to clicking. Tiborasaurus Rex stated elevation tracked absolutely perfect but windage was a bit sticky when new till it got settled in. He only seems to trust high dollar tier1 scopes for clicking though. He Even stated he didn't trust the $1350 Japan Nightforce SHV for clicking because it wasn't a top end tier1 scope.
