I have sent 2 emails to Altaros, trying to order one of their compressors and haven't received a response yet. How long should it take for them to get back to you? The first email was on Monday and again this morning.

For me, 24-48 hours to reply to an email ( 3 different times). And only 6 days for it to arrive in WA State. I did put "I want to purchase booster" in the subject line, no idea if that helped but I figure they are getting many many emails some of which may be, well not really ready to buy customers?
They are selling well all over the Globe and with good reports, they ARE busy.
I use a yahoo account, could be there email filters are "junk"ing your email?

spysir, I figured out the problem. The email from them went to a spam filter of my service provider. When I went to my spam files I found their response. I emailed them back but since it's 7 hours difference in our time, they were closed when I told them to send me invoice.
