I am talking about the small I believe they call them torsion springs used in the FX or SideShot style magazines. I have a FX Streamline and FX Verminator that I would like to try 3D printing a magazine for when I get my skills up. My FX Verminator is such a perfect pester with it's short compact size and bottle feed high shot count. It is a shame that they only offer a small 11 shot capacity with a price of $60 per magazine. In high volume pesting situations it would cost way to much to purchase the amount of magazines I need. Any sources for these type springs would be much appreciated. Bill

Thanks for the link tscktran but it appears the torsion type spring is not the type of spring I was looking for after all because you can't wind them past about 270 degrees. I know there must be a source for the type of spring I am looking for but can't find one. Another route I might try is a a wind up toy main spring. I saw a picture of one design that used this mechanism. I went ahead and order some cheap wind up toys off Amazon at less than a $1 a piece to see if I could harvest the spring and use it instead.
