This might make a decent hunting scope for hunters with poorer eyesight. While this 1-10 has fixed 100 yard parallax , I managed to get very tight groups today 30 & 50 yards. I thought I would try it for some bushytails next week. The glass is real nice and the lighted ret, was daylight visible. So easy to get behind, kind of a pleasure shooting it today. 5 oz. lighter than that Midas. The dot a little large for precision target work, but good for 1/4" eyeballs. If I was not aware of the word "parallax", for hunting I doubt would/will be an issue from 10 to 80 yards which is about all I shoot tree squirrels. One thing the wildcat had a lot better balance with the arrowhead compared to the Midas, I took off. Will see how it does in the woods soon, for me that is all that matters. Happy shootin.
