+1 Very important tip.

Looks like the Nomad II, hope it lasts much longer than the Nomad's. Are you going to add additional filtering? Would love to see images of the inside if you're willing to share.

I bought the Tuxing TXET 62-2 about 2 month ago with some extra spare parts and a filter.

You can read the Nomad2 manual for how and when to put in (silicone) oil and open the bottom bleed bolt from the water trap.

My one lasted about 12 fills, allways bleed/ depressurised it after and before filling (very important !!) and put regulair silicone oil in

and opened the water trap at the bottom after about every 2-3 fills.

Sadly while filling a small (pistol 50cc) reservoir it got stucked at 150 bar for a while.

When I stopped, bleed it and started again, there was allmost no pressure built up anymore.

I checked everything for leaks and defects, but nothing special found, only a small pipe blockage on the tube from the low-pressure to high pressure cylinder, but didn't help much.

Replaced some stuff, no result.

Ater tat I completely stripped the compressor and now replaced about everything wchich was in the extra ordered spare parts bag.

Again no result, first stage is building up some pressure which get's lost in the second stage.

Had some (good) contact with the seller, he offered to send a new cyl. head and some extra parts.

From the seller I got a complete new cylinder + piston + spare parts kit delivered free of charge.

Even with the new cylinder/head on, still no pressure built up.

The first stage (bigger cylinder) is giving good pressure, but it 'dissapears' in the second stage.

Even with a 'bypass' for the outlet (to eliminate meter/bleedingscrew etc. issues) no pressure built up.

Have you sprayed it with soapy water while it was running to see if there was any leaks.

Looks like nothing new IMHO other than a new chassis to remove the shock hazard of the free-standing formerly exposed PSU.

Yes, sprayed everything in with soapy water (first thing I did), but no visable leaks.

Didn't spay in the bottom of the cylinder of corse.

But the pressure lost is somewhere in the 2nd stage, still a mystery...

You think it's just blowing past the 2nd stage head/O-Ring? That'd make sense to me, stage1 builds pressure and stage2 attempts to build more but it's blowing past the ring/head so you have airflow but no pressure. Stage1 is doing all the work with no pressure output from stage2?

Are those copper lines I see? For the high pressure air?

Yes, that copper lines are for the high pressure air up to 300 bar.

But due to their thin diameter, they are strong enough.

Update.....

Found the defect, it was a crack in the high pressure hose, at a place where normaly no stress is.

Very strange, as that is a defect that normaly not happens often......!!!! (pic. between the black marks)

Even while running it was not realy visible with soapy water.

Put temporairly some wire around it and soldered it, just to go on testing , but is filling nice now.

Will ask the seller a new one.

It’s just weird how they would combine two dissimilar metals together in the high pressure lines attached to the fittings. Keep an eye on the fittings often, as with heat on the lines and depending on ambient temps, condensation will occur and moisture mixed in with two dissimilar metals and electrolysis will act up. 

Meanwhile I got a new pipe for free (good service from the vendor in China).

Now the Tuxing pump runs fine again for a while allready.

The lines don't become very hot by the way and there are no signs of corrosion.

Also put both filters at the back of the pump, one is coton, the other silicagel.
