Unbelievable 5 shot group with Maximus

Probably claim it's for sale too!

The other 4 shots probably missed the whole target.

I have a Maximus in .22. It is a good shooter for the price. I could easily duplicate that group.....with one shot!! Lol!!

Guys there's not a PCP out there that wont do that from a moving truck with Gamo ammo . Takes a lot more than that to impress me !!!
Hell my discovery will EASILY slay a 600lb pig at half a mile . Y'all quit being cynical. If its on the internet it HAS to be true !!

I'm sorry I haven't posted back ...I'm in the middle of this huge orgy with me and several Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders .. Clapton is here but just supplying back ground acoustic guitar . I'm thinking of entering one of those 1000 yard competition with my FWB 300 . It really isn't fair to the Powder Burners

John I'll work on that ! For real though ...Am I the only one who sometimes sees a group posted and no wind flags , shooting off an old saw horse , with obviously a old weaver K series and the groups are little bitty at 50 yards ... Come on man , give that crap a rest !!!
I know John , CK , AZ , AJ and a ton of these other guys can truly shoot . But even they don't post that kinda stuff . It takes away from what real world groups look like

2 questions. Are unicorns fair game? If so does it require a magic pellet to take one down?

Hell.... that picture does not impress me one bit..... I can do this in a 10 shot group at 100 yards... with my back to the target and using a mirror... and a 59 dollar pump gun from Walmart....

I hear ya. When I shoot groups it is usualy only for testing new lots of pellets and if happen to put together an amazing group I like to share it. I don't often use wind flags because I can't use them in FT matches. I try to use the environment around me to determine what the wind is doing. What others want to beleive is out of my control.

I also think a lot of so called sub moa groups are shot with the gun in one piece rests with the only interaction between the shooter and gun being the trigger pull. While this shows a rifles accuray it does not speak to the shooters true ability.

Lately I've been toying with the idea of shooting groups from my sitting FT position. Maybe I'll start a new thread tonight in the target section just for that.

Then I woke up

The best group I EVER shot at 50 yards no BS I couldn't see where the pellets were impacting because I had just put on a new scope . If I had seen it I would a screwed it up for sure !!!!

I shot this 5 shot group at 50yds from my .22 Mrod with hammer forged barrel and AA 18gr pellets. Hand fed no magazine and shot from prone off a bipod. This is a best of best group usually are more around MOA but it is doable when stars align.
