Bought this new - it stopped working and I’m out of warranty. AV wants 250 to fix it. It powers up and turns over fine, but won’t compress air. I have not disassembled to investigate

I have 2 SIG ASP 20 rifles for sale, this is the second of the two. As much as I love them I have to let go. I recently moved to St.Croix, US Virgin Island and the house I am renting is on a hill by the beach. High winds ,15 to 22 knots are the norm, and calm days are rare and far in between. It's just impossible to enjoy shooting on my backyard range with pellets and I find my recently purchased PCP rifle much more accurate with slugs. The SIGs shine on calm or relatively calm days with JSB hades or AA falcn 16 grains where they can almost put them.in one hole at 40 yards. On windy days though those groups open up significantly and it's driving me insane.. Same windy days my BRK Ghost with fx hybrids will do one hole. So letting these two go.
$1000 TYD insured, in their original box. Can do a bit better if I ship with the action removed from the stock in a smaller box.
Paypal friends ans family or add the fee to pay for goods and services. Shipping from here for such an item insured is around $180 so forgive the hefty price.

I have a wing shot II that was power tuned.
I pulled it out to get ready for turkey season and noticed it was empty. Filling it results in all the air leaking out the barrel.
So I went ahead and took it apart, and it appears the poppet is not sealing, as it has some rings worn in it from the valve seat. I'd be happy if I could even find a regular valve to replace it - PA is on back order.
Does anyone have one of these available? power tuned or not?
