Selling my Saber Tactical chassis for the FX Crown. Chassis is in new condition with all included parts and factory box. There are two marks on the latch that locks the buttstock in position but they do not show when chassis is in locked position. Marks were there from the factory, mark is actually a end mill mark that was done after anodizing. I have no idea if it has a purpose but does not show when buttstock is locked.
Chassis is awesome but I just like the Crown in classic wood. I had it assembled for about a week and then put back into the laminated wood stock my rifle came with. PM me with any questions.
Pictures show the end mill mark I mentioned above. Not interested in any trade, using money to buy NEW 500mm .22 barrel.

Hi for someone trying to understand the physics of pcp air rifle shooting can someone explain the optimal slug travelling speed,
for instance from all the info i seem to be reading watching 920-950fps seems to be the ultimate but why not 1050 -1080 fps ?,
i can pretty easily get my my M3 or Huben K1 up to these higher speeds in .25 cal which i would think higher speed = more power + flatter trajectory would = better accuracy, So what am i failing to see or understand ?

Sorry to be redundant here as this has already been discussed to some extent. I have recently had two situations where sellers on the site have offered items for sale that I offered to buy at the asking price, sent my shipping info. and asked for their payment info. never to hear from them!!. If you want to sell the item, at least have the common courtesy to respond.ie; the item has been sold etc.But do not ignore me! For the most part, except with these two examples, my dealings with members have been nothing but positive.

I'm new to all of this and don't have the funds to have too many unique purpose guns. Id like to find something I can dip my toes into learning field target and some close benchrest. I have other guns for 50yd and 100yd benchrest. Everything i own is either a 22 or 25. Getting sub 20ft with a 22 seems tricky and probably giving up accuracy. Looking for some insight, opinions and experience. Open to learning and trying to shoot as much as possible meaning I need to shoot different disciplines.

Hi Folks. Need some guidance here please. My HW100 is acting up a bit. When filled to 180 bar it shoots perfect (785fps with 8.44gr 177 JSB's) but the moment the cylinder pressure starts to dip below 150bar the gun starts to pick up speed. At 110bar it is running at 840fps. It is a grudual climb in speed.

I replaced all the o-rings on the regulator, made sure everythng is nice and tight... yet the problem persists.

Any guidance would be greatly asppreciated.

I am wondering if the twist rate of a fx slug automatically bucks wind better than lower twist rate of a pellet liner because I'm shooting a fx Maverick sniper 25 cal with a pellet liner and pin probe shooting nsa 38.5gr @940 fps and consistently group .5. .6 with light wind 5 shots and no wind .3. .2 5 shots but then the wind comes and it's usually a little over 1in to inch and a half at 100 just wondering if this is normal and/or if there is anything I can do to improve it thanks in advance.

I can't make up my mind so maybe you can help. I've searched, found a few that had problems with HP3 valve. I have a 100ci tank. I don't want a 98

It seems to me that a lot of the top shooters... even AAFTA Grand Prix winners... are not often able to travel to the AAFTA National Field Target Championships.

I wonder if it's worth it to consider a centralized location, and if that might result in more of the top shooters competing for the National Championship titles?

The clubs could still take turns managing and profiting (along with AAFTA of course), from the events if they choose to be in a rotation.

More clubs could get in the rotation than now because a lot of clubs have good numbers of members, but not a great venue for 120 competitors over two days.

We might even be able to set enough courses for 180 competitors and really make it work for everyone... every time.

The location would not be a local clubs venue. That would be for the Grand Prix events, so the National championship would be a "Fresh Course for all" set by a rotation of hosting clubs.

What do you think AAFTA competitors and Match Directors?

I am liking my new M3 with 700mm .22 and 580cc bottle (well was 580, just installed 700). Tuned it to shoot cphp at 880fps and 10 mags it took 130 bar, 235 down to 105, that is 280 shots. cphp do great out to about 40 yards but they start to open at 50. Put some 15.89 jsb in without changing anything and 5 shots were touching at 50 so I know it is the cphp not doing as good for that distance. I will play with it more and see if I can get them better, but I am pretty happy with them for $7 per 500.

Might play with reg later but want to see how it does with the 700mm .177 barrel first.

Ready to see how many shots the 700cc bottle gets. Hopefully that will be tomorrow. It looks nice with 700mm barrel.

I brought this from member kaylaindy around 10/9/22. It is a .357 cal, holds air fine shoots nice just too much of a crack for my ears. It will come as shown in photo minus the scope and rings. It only has a few scratches on the adjustable nut on back ( I uncrewed it to add washers to Power It up and did not know how to take it off used my adjustable wrench, I'm new to air guns. Kaylaindy said it was practically new he did a video on YouTube with it and then sold it to me. I'll take $385

Just picked up a new .22 Std Vet. As best I can tell my reg is set at 100 -110 bar as received. It was pretty windy today (14 with gusts to 20) and CPHP and 16s were getting moved around quite a bit at 880 and 18s faired the best in the wind at 820. So my tuning focus shifted to 18s so I started bumping them up gradually and stopped at 900. It will take more testing on a calmer and warmer day to settle on a final tune.

Please share what your tune is, providing the best compromise of accuracy and shot count.

For sale is my beloved L2 in .30 cal. It's never given me any issues and hits hard! I love that it is an external power adjustment thats super easy to use, rapid semi, compactness, and quality build. Selling because I've scaled back to a .22.

Includes everything as pictured:

- Installed upgraded 300cc bottle, original reservoir included.

It has been handled carefully and is in perfect working condition and excellent cosmetic condition. Never dropped, no damage. There are 3 things to note that I can see: a very slight blemish on the grip (pictured, it actually arrived this way when I purchased new), a couple tiny marks on the rail where I mounted optics, a couple blemishes on the regulator adjuster where I used pliers before I purchased the adjustment tool.

Hello, I have been watching videos of FX impact m3 and daystate rifles. They seem very impressive. The main downside I see is very high initial cost and constant tinkering instead of load and shoot. I live out west with gophers and prairie dogs. Its common for me to start with a 22lr foe out to around 100 yds, move onto a 17 hmr for up to 150ish. Then I either mobe onto a 223 or move the truck and start over with a 22lr again. I need a gun for that purpose but I also wouldnt mind a backyard gun for targets to about 45 yards. I think that would be fun. I can't do that with firearma where I live so thats where my interest in air rifles comes in. I have several break barrels and c02 pistols but they seem boring. I am after something higher quality but not ready for dropping $2,500 yet.

It looks like I will be keeping this set up. Oh well, the intended motorcycle purchase didn't go through anyway!
