I am thinking of getting the m3. But been reading ppl having problems with the 1st reg on the m3. What kind of problem are there and should we invest in a 2k gun if such problems exist.

Now for all is clear that the balístic coeficient os slugs over pellets allow a better accuracy at above 120 yards.

We know that expansión of the slogs is better than the one of the pellets.

I think is natural that there will be two cathegories in air rifles really soon:

A) Those that will be designed to shoot slugs properly and that will be suited for long distance shooting; and

B) Those designed to shoot closely and just pellets.

An air rifle that could be able to shoot precisely at 200 yards, and above that, will not be able to be compared with a rifle just able to shoot precisely closer than 80 yards. There will be different cathegories, I think.

Do you forsee the change in the industry in the same way?

I was re-sighting my .25 Marauder after installing an HDD. I was using JSB Hades pellets and nearly panicked when they wouldn't hold even a 3" group at 25 yards.
I switched (back) to JSB Exact Kings and shot three groups of 8 that were spread less than 1/4".
I measured the head sizes of 10 of the Hades and 10 of the Exact Kings. The Exact Kings averaged 6.325 mm with a max variance of .04 mm.
The Hades averaged 6.266 mm with a max variance of .03mm.
Questions:
Is the difference in accuracy more likely due to the head diameter or the weight the pellets - or a combination of both? The Hades are a smaller diameter, but heavier than the Exact Kings.

Is there something I can do to change the size of the Hades or am I now stuck with a $32 tin of pellets that I could throw more accurately than they shoot?

I read an old post where the POI shift in the Impact cold be because the loose tolerance between the liner an the tension sleeve at the end of the barrel allowing it to move around because of barrel whip. Hum.... made sense to me. In fact I was surprised after checking mine and found that there was considerable difference between OD of barrel liner and ID of tension sleeve , approximately .005" The fix that was recommended was to wrap the end of the liner with Teflon tape or box tape to take up the difference. So I tried both methods and for a few shots it worked well then The POI shifts started to return. Pellets started to move all around again. This result was the same for all projectiles. Fresh tape, good groups then things went to hell again. I have owned my M3, 25cal since January 2022. I have owned the 1st, 2nd and 3 generation (M3) Impact. I have struggled with POI shift in all 3. The worst being the M3. I have shot approximately 15 tins of FX 34 grains.10 tins of 25.39 grains and 8 boxes of NSA slugs using both superior and superior heavy liners with CF sleeves. I ran speeds for 800 FPS to 1005 FPS and different reg pressures to valve combination. I was able to achieve ES 5, SD 1.7 within the various projectiles. The POI shift was as much 1.5 to 2 inches at 100 yards and 1 inch at 50yds. I believed the material used began to compress after a 100 or so shots allowing the barrel to shift around again. So i decided to cut a piece of .002 feeler gauge to the proper length, curl it around a pencil and insert it into the sleeve at the farthest point. I lightly sanded the edge to remove any lip created by the scissors. I installed the sleeve with just a slight amount of pressure against the liner. I went to one of my previous tunes for the 34 gr MK11 @ 930 fps, SD 2.5, ES 5,1st reg @ 130, 2nd reg @105, mic @ 11, mic wheel was recalibrated to 3 and 8 respectively then turned to 11, valve wide open. Now 50 yard groups are one slightly ragged hole and 100 yard groups are one ragged hole to 3/4" in calm conditions (Texas). This has remained consistent for a week now. I shoot about 3 mags a day. The NSA 29.5 @ 970fps and the 26.8 @ 1005fps showed the best results before POI shift started again. I will be ordering more and try again If my luck holds with the 34's. the only aftermarket part I have is the Saber Tactical TRS rail and a home made bag rider. I responded to an ad in the classifieds. There was great communication with the other party and a deal to trade was agreed upon. We provided each other with shipping addresses and I printed a label with tracking info and provided it to them.
Instant radio silence, nada, nothing. I was already out the shipping cost even if I never heard from them again. I had not dealt with this person before but was already beginning to feel glad I hadn't actually dropped off my package. I sent a few more PMs with no response. Oh well I am just out the shipping and I have realized not everyone follows through on their end.

Fast forward almost two weeks and I get a response. There was a completely unexpected death of an immediate family member. Their life had just changed forever.
I immediately performed an internal inventory of all of my own judgements and recognized just how petty my concerns were. I am reminded how blessed we are to have health and time with our loved ones.

Selling an FX Dreamline synthetic in 22 cal - included is a spare cracked laminate grey stock.

I can’t believe I’m actually doing this but I just have too many guns. I built this Weerod years ago and I just don’t shoot it often enough to warrant keeping it. But at the same time I’m not giving it away because it’s a one of a kind. It’s Huma regulated and has a SSG I built for it. It also has a pressure gauge so no guessing. It’s tuned for 14.3’s at 730fps or 13.4’s at 757fps for 3+ mags. It’s quiet with the little baffled mod that I have on it. It had a leaking foster for years and only recently I figured out where the extremely slow leak was coming from. I put a new oring in it tonight so hopefully that took care of it and there will be no need to call Crosman. Comes with one mag and no scope. But if you want a Bugbuster for it, we will work something out for a couple extra bucks. I also have a Donny threaded adapter that will go with the gun if you want to screw a can on it but it shoots better with what’s on it. $500 shipped

Well, when I got home there was a large box waiting in the building office, my new Ranger XR Iguana edition in 22 cal. The iguana edition has a different top picatinny rail and comes the ultra heavy duty iguana silhouette target.

The gun is identical to the 177 I purchased from @Ghostranger169. I went with 22 for the hunting squirrels and other small game, NH requirement.

AOA provided a target and Chrony numbers, then I did my own numbers, but just into a homemade target trap using JSB hades. I did a full magazine and the regulator pressure dropped 75 bar, hopefully over time it gets better over time. This Saturday I will go out to the farm and do a proper evaluation with different pellets and hopefully get pigeon / sparrows / starling time. Also, I will explore the property a bit more.

As with the 177 version the gun is solid, again Identical to the 177, but seems a bit louder. FPE with the hades from low to high setting is 12.6 FPE to 15.8 FPE, yes I will probably bugger with the hammer spring, I want 17 to 18 FPE. For 20 yards, the target provide by AOA is “ok”, my Uragan in 177 was doing that at 50. Again, I hope all settles in, but full report coming Saturday after I get to the farm. My FPS wasn’t as consistent as AOA.

I finally ordered a proper bipod, Atlas something, it arrives Thursday, same as knockoff who’s lack of quality drives me nuts.

Other than enlarging the port from barrel to valve this is all you need to greatly improve performance of the Kral guns.

Ok I have a 600mm impact. The 700mm was only $50 more when buying a whole gun but I choose to go with the 600mm cause at the time I wanted a more compact gun. But after watching many YouTubers videos. I only see folks shooting the 700mm. And they are putting hole in hole at 50 and 100 yards. Really rare to see someone shoot a 600mm. My 600mm gun can't do that. I'm getting like 1inch group at 50 yards and about 2 inches group at 100 yards. So I'm thinking, did I choose the wrong barrel length? Now to upgrade to a 700mm. I have to pay $350 for a complete barrel kit. My goal is power to shoot slugs and accurate to 100 yards and more. Would upgrading to the 700mm will improve my accuracy or are these youtubers, won't name them but you guys know who they are. Are they picking only the best and don't show the whole story. Or is the 700mm just better than the 600mm.

Looking to trade for an FX Impact or Maverick compact in .22 preferably but will consider other configurations, may even consider other bullpups aswell of similar value.

I have a chance to buy a Impact Mk2 Matt Dubber Edition, I also have an abundance on CPHP's, has anyone tried shooting them in a Dubber Edition? I know it doesn't make alot of sense to shoot cheap pellets in an expensive gun but I have them and would like to shoot them with acceptable accuracy out of this gun if possible.

What’s the best tool for the job? I think most people would think you’re giving something up going with the pellet gun, but I don’t think so. I haven’t hunted small game with a rimfire since I got a pcp, but id say it increases my harvest.

I think a good pcp is the best squirrel harvesting tool ever devised. What do y’all think?

Dream Tact bought 9-30-21 so two years warranty left and I have the receipt. 400cc bottle, 600mm barrel, Tactical entry buttstock. Pictures show the only tiny flaws on the tank. Gun holds air and operates perfectly ie magazine indexes, safety operates, trigger has no issues (it is just as I bought it). I have not chronographed it as I do not have access to a chrono. I do have the barrel nut aka thread protector. DOES include three FX magazines, two used and one new in wrap. Will ship in a hard case in a box to the lower 48 only, no AK or HI. Shipping is included EAST of Mississippi, add $40 west of that. Oh yeah, why am I selling it. Well I bought a Uragan and a Vulcan 3 and I am going bullpup.
