I just cannot figure out how to properly load a CS4 grease pot
i would like to see a picture of where exactly the grease and the rubber diaphragm go.
And how to retract the screw threads that force the gease into the compressor

Just took the rifle out to shoot some, First shot sounded different and no impact on target, Small target, tried another with same effect.
My fx chrony did not respond either. looked at pressures, found Rifle at 215b ok but regulator was maxed out. I degassed the rifle and got on here to see if anyone has an idea whats goin on. regulator has been set at 100 for at least a year now.

Bone stock Notos and as my first mod I did the FX 500mm barrel kit. I chose the superior heavy liner as I plan to mainly shoot slugs. I haven't touched anything else but the barrel swap.

So I was shooting 15.4 gamo pellets @740ish and 23gr NSA slugs @ 650ish. After the 500mm kit I lost quite a bit of speed. The 15.4s are 660ish now and the 23gr are 550ish.

Any one have an idea as to why? More curious as to understanding why the loss in speed.

I plan to fully port and big bottle/reg swap too along with custom spring and hammer stuff too at a later point. So I know I'll pick up speed at a later point.

Have the perfect birding/ratting ammo,
FX 25.4/exact king 25.39 at 885-895 same hole groups out to 70 1± moa @100

Been experimenting with slugs and velocities.

This is the 600mm 1:24 stx superior

HYBRIDS hold really tight but only 60y and in. 1.25-1.5moa at best @ 100 .. for rabbit or beaver sure.

SLUG HPII 30gr so far best results I've had with a slug. 0.25mil groups at 25-65 about the same at 100. That's at 880fps which is where my barrels sweet spot seems to be.

Zan 28. Better but about the same to marginally looser grouping than Hybrids

I realize stx superior isn't meant for heavier slugs so I've kept it under 34.

JSB SLUGS worth it? Anyone have anything else they've had surprisingly good performance with?

I wish Hybrids worked better, if I was within 70 for everything that'd be amazing because those things almost always leave rabbit, squirrel, beaver SUPER DRT, ESPECIALLY at 925 ±5

So today i finally got my Hatsan Sortie to fire, i fired about 50 rounds and it started skipping a few shot's. Now here is where the problems began, i put some gun lube on the action and then ofcourse ran the action (without firing). However, i forgot that i left the magazine in the gun and it pulled back each time and ready'd a new round. I did this pretty fast and after about 7 times (or 7 rounds shoved in the barrel) i realised that i made a huge mistake. Now there are 9 rounds in the chamber/barrel and the mag is empty so the bolt will now no longer go all the way forward, i can't take out the mag because the is a round stuck in between the chamber and the magazine and the gun is filled with air so i also can't take it apart because ut will probably blow up.

Now i am very technically inclined so i know my way around small parts and such but my brain can't think of any solutions for this problem, for reference this is what i have tought of already and also why i think this won't work:

Taking apart the magazine: won't work because the mag screw doesn't have enough space to come out and the the 2 plates also don't have space to separate.

Ramming the rounds further down the barrel and then later pushing them out after i remove the magazine: this doesn't work because the magazine is like i said empty, wich means that the follower is blocking the bolt from going all the way through, and no I can't wind up the mag because the back plate of the gun blocks it.

Disassembling the gun: like i said I can't disassemble the gun because it is filled with a little under 3000PSI, so taking it apart will like cause it to explode and cause me to get a trip to the ER because of the now frag grenade that blew up in my face.

If any of you have any Ideas that won't cause me to die please let me know.

(Edit notes: So u fixed it, I don't know how wich makes it worse but i started turning some screws and doing some stuff then i pulled the bolt back and then te mag just fell out, I don't know how i did it but i did)

Just mounted brand new Arken SH4J on my FX M3. Went to the range to sight in and had to make 8 minute windage correction just to get on target at 50 yards. Can my M3 rail be that far off?

Should I even bother to try this 1:38 liner with hybrids or return it to the dealer?
I can’t seem to find a 1:22 700 anywhere. Utah tells me FX no longer produces them. I thought I’d found one but turns out when it showed up it was a 1:38.
I’ve not read anything good about hybrid in 1:40 so I’m assuming that they won’t work in 1:38 either.

I have a ataman m2r bullpup .25 it still fires when the safety is on. Please help the manual that came with the rifle shows a diagram with screws to adjust. The problem is they’re not in the same places as the diagram.

Hi everyone I just ordered a Taipan Vet 2 700mm .22 from Talon tunes and should be getting it this thursday. I’m very Very exited. There is one thing though. I am new to PCP rifles AND have only had gamo .177 rifles and mostly shot walmart crossman premieres which they shot really good IMO. i don’t know much about ballistics or anything like that(also have never used slugs). What do you guys recommend me getting? Ive read that JSB redesigned work fairly well but theres 3 options. Shallow regular and deep skirt. I will shoot the pellets anywhere from 30yds-150 and will be mainly dove hunting.. What do you guys recommend getting to test out? It would be even better if somebody with a Taipan vet 2 with same barrel length chimed in. Thanks in advance.

HI I am looking at the rattler or sidewinder , My question is for .22 and 25 cal , what is the magazine depth? can they shoot heavy slugs???? if so tell me about what you shoot , and are they the same gun except for barrel length and magazines???? Well my shoebox freedom 8 wouldn't build any pressure at all the other day the black nut where the piston goes through came loose and I tighten it with a wrench big mistake.... I didn't know lol supposed to be hand tight.. anyway it made the nut and black piece break and crush into each other anyone else had this problem?

What do you think of GAMO CF-X ROYAL?

I saw some bad reviews online that it starts to leak grease and do not shout good after a while

I m think of buying my first air gun but I am not sure which one to get a break barrel Norica Spider GRS or a second hand under leaver HW77.
The norica is cheaper and more powerful but the HW77 is more my style.

I will be using it mainly for hunting which one do you recommend?

I am new to PCP airguns, so this may be a dumb question. I have a brand new out of the box Notos that leaks air out of the end of the barrel when pumping it up. Can I fix it easily or should I just send it back?

Anyone has complete list of all O-rings for AEA guns? I have one HP Max .35 and another Challenger Pro .22 leaking. So, it seems it's kind of a norm for AEA to start leaking at some random point of time. I know Fox Air Power sells O-ring kits for each model at 42 bucks a set. But I want to just buy all sizes in bulk to have them at my disposal whenever I need them the next time yet another AEA starts leaking. If anyone has O-ring reference sheet, please share. I and a friend both have the original FX pocket chronograph. We cannot get the unit to pare with our iPhones. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times (which has worked in the past) and turned the unit off and on but nothing works. I can get to the “device found” but it then continues “searching” but never pares with my phone. I’m beginning to wonder if this model is no longer supported by the current app. Any comments or suggestions?
