Cool. You should be about 725 fps with 77 fpe. Should be good at 50 yards, but drop at 100 will be much more than the .30 pellets you normally shoot. About 7 inches more holdover than you currently use. About 2 Mil.

I also used the pen method for both out and in. For the in/assembly, I simply used a rod (like an aluminum knitting needle) lightly pushed down the hollow pen tube to dislodge the regulator into place.
Super easy.

I gave up hope when I learned the California surgeon General informed me the split shot sinkers I've been biting onto leaders since age 5 were known to cause cancer. Permanently in the moment... It's been 34years...any minute now.

Got my M4 25cal compact Monday. Tuned myself. 1.5 groups at 75 yards. Off shaky tripod. Reg 110 macro 8 micro 3. 970 fps. Just slug Kit JSB 25.39 Still fine tuning. Haven’t tried my slugs yet. Two mags on fill.

Sometimes the scope budget magically goes up. The beauty of good scopes is they can keep following you as the guns they were on come and go.

Hey, a .243 to the head is no more messy than a sling shot or pellet gun. Great tasting fare no matter how they are brought down.

Nope - just choose the slugs that fit the mag. If they’re like my .30 slug mags (.300), they will shoot .220 slugs. Take a look at thepelletshop.com.

Yes, it's relatively easy. The hammer spring adjustment is easily accessed from the rear by removing the rear plate. The reg set point is adjusted by separating the two receiver modules and turning the large adjustment screw. As with most regulators, the adjustment is sensitive. I believe I turned it about a half revolution. I suggest small increments, maybe a quarter turn and then see where you stand in your tuning balance. It's not as easy as some of the externally adjustable rifles, but it's something you may do only one time. You might hear suggestions to do it all with the HST. That might be possible, but if going from 20 fpe to sub-12 level with only hammer adjustment, you will end up with a very unbalanced tune, which would probably affect shot count, consistency, sound, etc. Better to do it properly once and be done with it.

I can get on board too if needed, i have a original AGT fill station that came with my Vulcan 3, all it have ever done is collect dust in my window sill.
It is a very basic kit, but will do the job just fine.

NO probe of course that followed my Vulcan 3 to Finland



If anyone need something like that to make up a complete package shoot me a PM and i will get it under way.

I know there are plenty of good mods around this forum from posts that i have seen here but there isn't actually one place where i can find them nor a thread/forum that i know of. Thanks for the reply. It's those kind of simple ideas that just make whatever you want to do work that i seek.

I had a similar issue with a new human reg on filling VERY slow set at at 170 bar. I contacted Huma-Air and found out that there had been a revision on the number of Belleville washers that are installed for that regulator (1155). Mine came with nine and the instructions showed to use all nine. Huma-Air later revised that to 8 washers and I tried it and it now it works perfectly. I think they had switched to a thicker Belleville washer so only eight would fit to work correctly and I was trying to use nine per the old instructions that came with it using the thicker washers.
