Pyramyd pellet shipment using Amazon transportation.

I too have had issues with Amazon’s shipping quality. But whenever I buy predator gtos they always come bubble wrapped 1” thick around the tin and I haven’t had any issues with that through Amazon. Every tin has been perfect. But that’s about the only pellets I’ll buy from Amazon now… and Only when I’m in a pinch.

Light trigger...prove it.

I have three rifles and six pistols with very light pulls. Using a Wheeler digital gauge my FWB 602 ssp rifle comes in at about 1.7 ounces, the FWB 300s probably double that , then a couple of IZH 46m pistols in lower single digit ounces. FWB 65's and 80's probably around 3-4 oz each, been a while since I tested them.

I was sure my GX CS4 needed rebuilt.

It sounds to me these grease pot additions are a joke in itself and more problems than what they're worth....Nothing more than a marketing gimmick?

There are three common types of compressed air dryers: refrigerated compressed air dryers, membrane compressed air dryers and desiccant compressed air dryers.
* Refrigerated dryers-----Are used in heavy use operations where the compressor runs constantly in a shop environment. consist of an air-to-air heat exchanger and an air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger. If the shop temperature is high and or humid, these are the best. Take out a mortgage for these units, very expensive.
* Desiccant dryers----These are great for the release of moister buildup if a drain valve is attached at the bottom. These units are a must to use outdoors on a construction site in cold weather months. In the past, I have had my hoses and nailers freeze up.
* Membrane dryers---- Membrane dryers use highly selective membranes to dry the compressed air. They are able to achieve pressure dew points between +15 and -40 °C and are therefore widely used for a wide range of application. Take out a mortgage for these units, very expensive.
Ambient room temperature is key when filling your units. Nothing will last forever, even if you take out a mortgage to do so.....It's your money!
When used correctly, they work great.
How many posts do we see with people turning the pots from new to "get rid of the air gap".

My brother uses his cs4 a lot, he had it for a year and brought it over to have me look at it.

Not one time was the grease pot turned, yet nearly half the grease was gone. The compressor warms when running and is constantly sucking at that gasket. It will grease itself. At one point GX started telling to not grease it for 50hrs.

Well, his problem was a ripped o-ring on his fill probe. His compressor did the dead head at about 26sec. Beads were clean and drain tube still clear. The grease pot works fine, it's usually operator error...

Airforce  Regulator Choice for Airforce Talon SS

It may be that the spin-loc doesn't really need a set screw if one tightens it enough. But that tight might be more than the little spanner wrench that comes with the spin-loc can handle, especially for loosening it again someday.
To me spin-loc only makes sense if you don't regulate the gun.

FX  FX 22 cal. barrel liner I.D.

Have just picked up a new Impact M4 Sniper in .22 cal. and before I start testing loads of different slug diameters I wanted to do a little research into what the barrel ID is. Does anybody know if FX aims to achieve a specific bore dimension or do all the barrels get spat out with .003" to .004" tolerance?

And a second question...
If I have to go down the road of testing three or four different slug diameters what am I looking for when testing? Velocity changes, accuracy inconsistencies, a jammed slug in the barrel. What are some of the signs that determine one slug is too narrows and another too thick?

Answers and advice are greatly appreciated.

EDgun  EdGun Leshi 2 pressure question

It’s not about the bar level, it’s about the change. Once it’s cooled down it should stay the same. After 2 hours it should be cooled. Write down the pressure. And then check again the next day. It should be close. but not exactly the same. Differences in room temperarure can change a few bar.
was 298 next day 296 next day 290 next day 286...I'll check again tomorrow

BSA  BSA Airsporter mk6

Don't dry fire it again!
You don't see very many of those here in the US. I'd say the majority of Airsporters we see are Stutzens. Mk6 is the last mark before the RB2 (Gamo) rotary loading tap.
Sights from Mercurys and Airsporters will fit. So plentiful in UK.
The Mk6 is a far cry from the beautifully built Mk1 and 2.
If you want to mount a scope you need a set of rings like these for the correct height.
I don't think they're available in the UK but I know there is a clone available.
BKL and Sportsmatch offer 14mm rings but they're too high.

N/A  Need help and your advise/expertise

P35s are regulated guns. My 22 and 25 came with the regulator near the maximum regulator pressure the hammer will open. A little under 150 bar. That gives me 32 fpe on the 22 and about 10fpe more on the 25. I've made changes to get the 25 up to about 48 fpe. Biggest thing is a larger plenum which you could do to any P35. I think you could turn the 22 up to around 35 fpe by just raising the regulator a small amount. Decreasing power a little can be done with the hammer spring. Decreasing further would mean decreasing the regulator which is not hard. You cannot easily change the caliber. My P35-22 gave me my first 200 on the 30 yard challenge. I think it's a really nice gun with plenty of power for targets and small game.
You liked so much the p35! BTW the P35 mecanism is the same as the TRex??
We can work on it on the same way in both??

Temu “KYL” Style Target

Ordered this target off of Temu about a week ago. Was a little concerned about quality, but it had decent reviews so I ordered it. Considering it’s less than $60, I figured in the worst case I could just use it for my Notos if it doesn't hold up to my .30 Wildcat.

Received it in about a week. No assembly instructions but was pretty straightforward, especially if you reference the pictures of it on their app. The welds holding the spinners are a little ugly, but other than that no complaints.

Finally got to shoot at it today (2 days later).

It held up shockingly well. Wind kicked up as I started to shoot so I didn’t hit (or shoot) at every target. But the ones I hit are in perfect shape.

My gun is making 75ft/lbs at the muzzle with 44.75gn pellets, not sure what that equates to at 80yds.

Obviously hasn’t been thoroughly tested and abused yet, but for $60 I’m certainly impressed so far.

Hatsan  Flashpup .25 300$?

Yeah it’s bass pro. They never have updated pricing. 439$ marked down to 370$ then discount on top of that down to 350$. Saw it on amazon for same price and was kinda bummed. Was looking for good starter gun for friends to use instead of my FX lol
I think you may want to go to airgunrevisions.com instead for a lowered priced budget gun that your friend can still enjoy.
