I tell you after I did a quick tune to the gun It is on par accuracy wise with my HW rifles so far. The trigger is not quite as good, but it is not bad at all (once I did a little tune up)
That's why I was so bummed when it broke I was just starting to shoot it really well. I still hate the stock shape it's is a little too thin for my likings up front.
I mostly shoot target rifles in my powder burner life and I prefer heavier fuller stocked rifles.

As a guy that had a piece of something burned to his retina after using a angle grinder and no eye protection.
Well in the end it was fine, but the 2 days of " GD there is something in my eye " before i had a eye doctor poke it out with what looked to me like a SOB needle.
Well i would recommend use of eye protection and not gamble.

I purchased a SME bullseye Spotting Scope Camera, under $100. I mounted a piece of plastic tubing on my tripod and use the camera without a spotting scope. I put my camera about 3' off the floor and 5-6' in front of the target. Works great for the money, after you fire a shot you can press the show shot button and your last shot will blink on the screen. Works great during our 10 meter pellet matches.

As Keene said half inch at those distances is realistic on a calm day with practice. I don't normally shoot groups past that. Soda cans at 75 or even 100 are quite doable in good conditions with a scope. It's a total hoot.

I have ten Weihrauch rifles across three calibers. Three rifles are 177 Hw30s. One's my wife's. I use my two 30s more than the rest combined. My peep sighted 30 is my most fun rifle. Including powder burners.

Stay with JSB 7.33 and 8.44 or FTTs and you'll have great accuracy and never need to clean the barrel l. The 7.33 JSBs or the rebranded AA clones typically work best in these guns.

Keep the stock screws tight and enjoy your new gun.

Many visitors have stayed at the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites at 17301 Airline Hwy, Prairieville LA. 1.9 miles from the range. I have never heard anything negative about them.

These guns tend to shoot relatively hot once settled in, usually around 18ftlbs in .177 (at lower elevations). The Vaporizer, Ironhide and Valiant all share the same 29mm power plant, definitely keep to pellets in the 10.5gr range for best results, especially beyond 40 yards. A healthy example will send 7.9gr cphp's down range a little better than 1000fps (@ muzzle), in the right conditions you can watch them start to spiral at about 45y... Keep the barrel pivot bolt snug and you should have a decent shooter there. Enjoy!

So yesterday I changed the reg settings on a stock pr900 to shoot 10gr jsb pellets and noticed there was a big waste of excess air from stock hammer spring and after tinkering with a shorter spring and spacers I noticed an externally adjustable spring would come in handy. With the parts I had at hand I could be a bit too fast or a bit too low. So today came up with this.

The thing with the stock cooking system was that sometimes because of the shorter spring during cooking the spring would fight to step on its intended seat hence why the integrated spring guide.

The system works like this.

It is externally adjustable and by using a short spring it slingshots into the valve extremely increasing efficiency. 30 shots at 17fpe or 24joule.

Initial testing suggests extreme spread of 5fps and sd of 2 over 9shots.

It has 9mm travel and can be increased by the use of spacers if needed. Only need to take stock out to change springs/spacers.

For a 200e pcp with this kind of out of the box accuracy with pellets that rival my fx crown it certainly deserved it. No barrel work has yet been made and it shoots acceptably well 10gr slugs also. Can't wait to push this to 150~200meters this weekend. Best bang for buck lightweight pcp I tried so far.
