Been hunting for years now but new using airguns to hunt I got a bout 2 years left in ny goin to Arkansas alot of feral hog there funny u said that about the lung shot I hit a boar bout 200 lbs we estimated lu g shot with 5.56 same result like urs even happens with certain caliber rifles as well .I wanna take a nice sow with my hpmax 50 cal with 13" barrel that's gunna be a head shot at 20 yards .that's a great challenge in my opinion@Mickey fingers
I’ll tell you like this, I’ve shot hogs aiming for the lungs with a couple of different .357 airguns (within 30-55 yards) and never recovered one. These are an estimated 90 - 150 lb animals. Didn’t see blood trails either. So take it for what it’s worth. Brain shots (through the earhole) are the most ideal headshots to take in my opinion. I’d consider trying to keep shots within 50 yards.
I had both the .22 cal and .25 cal SPA M16 rifles and the .25 had a Huma reg. I went the opposite way with power and had that one shooting at 50 ft lbs. Took a medium size piggy with it before I sold it. The M16, and hopefully the Pinty version, are nice rifles indeed.Enjoyed your video. I have a Spa M16 which is the same rifle. I put a Hume reg in mine set at 90 bar & tuned for 12 fpe. Tons of shots & very accurate. From the last 2 Spa made rifles I have bought (Bull Shark, Pinty Bullpup) it seems like they have improved both their regs & barrel quality control. Enjoy yours.
Unfortunately it doesn't show the highest pressure....does looking at the photo help???

Artemis P35 Tuning Regulator By Huma-Air
Huma-Air tuning regulator as replacement for the Chinese factory regulator for the Artemis P35huma-air.com
I used to make the trek to Yuma. Got tired of the town and the zoo of hunters and eating doveThanks for the heads up but here in Arizona ringneck doves are in season year-round, any other kind of dove has a set season
After some more research I agree with 6gun it appears to be cavitation damage. Cavitation will eat through steel under the right conditions. It seems weird lead is damaged since the same unit can be used to clean gold jewelry. Granted that isn't pure gold, but it never damages gold or other metals.
"Really, they are all good rifles and thankfully, we have choices."In response:
I’ve owned them all and each has its charm.
1. I bought an HW95 with iron sights. They don’t work for me. Best group I can get at 10M off a sandbag is 1 inch. Put a scope on and it shoots 1 hole.
2. Yes, if your scope covers the loading port on the TX and it’s troublesome to load pellets. I found a compact scope that leaves the loading port wide open which solved that problem.
3. The TX is super easy to disassemble to replace springs as opposed to HWs which require a spring compressor.
4. Under lever vs break barrel? Take your choice. Yes, the underlevers are heavier, but target shooters seem to prefer them.
5. Safeties? Meh., I have both HWs and TXs and they are pretty much the same.

their are two IZH46 in the classifieds now .Thanks all, great information
Well that’s some good news. Good work getting her back into shooting form. I can only imagine how frustrated you must have been. On a side note, just watched a YouTube review of the new Theoben rapid in a blue laminate FORM stock. They sure make some nice lumber. I’m not sold on the Theoben name on a rifle with a side lever. Any how ,![]()
