FEI: It is not a batch problem it is a quality, consistent, machining and measuring problem. None of the AEA big bores runs consistent barrel i.d. sizing. They have been told this from the beginning, years ago, and failed to correct the issue. So the end user must deal with it by sourcing the correct ammo or liner sleeving the barrel to the diameter and quality he wants.Welp... seller sent a replacement... and it's kinda worse than the first one. Muzzle end bore is .511 and grooves are .513
Must be a batch problem. That's no bueno. Seller has been helpful and understanding though, kudos to them.

Sounds reasonable to me.
Hearing safe should be more than feasible with any reasonable shroud.
If you can't locate a printer, I can recommend a guy.
