Try slowing it down to 700-750 range. I know that sounds crazy and counterintuitive but try it. The results may surprise you?

So I got a free HK army paint ball tank. I know it not ideal for pcps. But my gun only fills to 200bar and the bottle only fills to 3000psi, so the bottle is like 100psi higher. But I digress..my question is will I be able to But a pcp gun regulator/ full station on this bottle? And any ideas on a cheap one? I'm somewhat new to pcp air guns.but I did buy an shoe box compressor last week..so is I can get at least one gun fill out of the bottle I'll be happy. And my rifle I'll be using the bottle of if a hatsan flash. 22..thanks for any feedback or suggestions

Did some research on Precihole, nothing much other than sub 12 fpe, 177's. They make button rifling machines/ barrel making capacity. (https://www.precihole.com/ ) this is their parent company. Maybe, AA is partnering with them for barrels and some CNC machined aluminum parts. Wont be surprised if the production gets shifted to India from the UK. Quality is definitely going to be a point of contention, sharp edges, rough corners may be seen.

I have a RAW 1000. best gun I own and I have a king, impact, LCS now a King. I bought the King thinking it would be my slug gun, my mistake. I had to send it back to Utah, to have it tuned properly and they had a hell of a time at it. They ended up needing a new slug liner to get it right. not sure why FX guns need so much tuning, bull poop for them to shoot right. After my impact I said the same thing. Never buy FX again but then I was dooped and im dumb. End of story.

What brand and style of piston seal are you running?

I've had issues with deep lip parachute seals on 30mm guns. If they are oversprung even a little, the seal can have a lot of braking force and rob a TON of power.

On the flip side, a cup face seal needs a really good dimensioned tube and proper sizing to be at its best.

I'd take it apart one more time, and cover the transfer port and push the piston down and see if it is mostly air tight. That's a start.

I cleaned it again and it looks exactly the same “ I figured it would” part of the reasoning I used for borescoping this is to compare a clean barrel to one that’s fouled and how many pellets I can put through it before accuracy goes away.

I’m fine with a barrel the looks like this even though I to agree with most that a conventional barrels interior finish shouldn’t look like this! Obviously this is not a conventional barrel.

I've got an inline filter between the compressor and the fill hose end. I check it after every use and it has not had any moisture make it down the hose to that filter yet. I'm pleased with it so far. I did add an external digital temp sensor to the pump head next to the factory sensor. I like to be able to "KNOW" how hot it is when its running. Also added LED lights to the water tank so I can see the pump working without having to remove the tank cap while it's pumping. I also 3D printed a bracket to fit over the pressure gauge and it has a LED in it pointing down to light up the gauge housing so I can see it better. And finally I put on an hour meter to keep track of run time.

Perhaps you "haven't yet", but you will see the dark grease coming out. It has to, as the air line is the ONLY place it can go.

I took mine apart the day I got it. The engineer in me wanted to see "what makes this tick?". And I shared it so others wouldn't have to do the same.
