Tuning Planning to add one more adjustment in FX Impact

During my experiments I have noticed that although Impact has Reg, valve & HST adjustments, it still lacks one adjustment that can be easily incorporated.

The brass transfer port offers only two options, one is single hole for pellets and the other is dual hole that is for slugs.

I have seen apart from Impact in those guns where the size of TP can be adjusted during tuning process, it adds a good feature.

Similarly as I get time I shall make a transfer port with only one big hole. We know there is a cavity in FX IMPACT TP that sits into a notch in the Impact block.

Now if I remove that cavity in the TP all 360 degrees, then I shall be able to rotate the whole barrel including transfer port.

This will give one more option and that is adjustment of size of TP hole.

I shall share when I shall do it but I have done it in RAW HM1000X with success and it helps tuning the gun.

After seeing Bhaurs previous mods, I’m confident he’s got a plan that considered that.

What would be a good mod possibly is to incorporate an air “damper” like how the marauder is designed. A grub screw that blocks air flow as you thread it inward, and opens the pathway of air as you thread it outwards

ok that make since. is this more slugs tho. i have thought about using the slug port for pellets.
