Does not look like NPT — no taper and an o ring to seal

Most likely its BSPP 1/8
Could be m10/1.0 Near impossible to tell the difference with just a picture.

M10 will screw into BSPP about 1 turn before binding. You will need something with a known thread to tell the difference.

Do you have a hydraulic hose shop near you? Bring that fitting, they should have something to compare it to.

Im thinking about filing down the one that came with the whip. Will it cause failures?
From the pictures, that looks too big of a diameter to be filing down. By the time it fits the diameter will be past the knurling and you will loose all the required strength. Do you have an Amazon account? There's several pcp and paint ball accessory sellers on there that have fill whip set ups ready to go.

Yeah i looked at it again last night there's no way i can file it down that much. Yes i do but i rather get a quality coupler since i already have a fill whip. If that doesn't work out im ordering one from Air Tanks Plus.

Ok ima check it out. If not ima take a trip to lowes i seen they have several npt and bspp couplers for power washers and compressors. See what threads it is

I messaged the seller and he said the threading on the coupler is m10x1.0. What coupling can i use that'll fit onto the evol

Thinking about it I would bet an extended quick connect designed to work with the fx impact should work. Those are hard to access fill ports.

Just have to find one with M10 threads
I was thinking one of these from Air Tanks Plus. Its made for reccessed fill ports. That'll be my problem right? The fill port is reccessed?

@Castin’Catchin’ 26 No the Evol fill port is not recessed. Notice how male foster fill nipple protrudes outwards, if it were recessed it would be down inside of a hole (if you’ve ever seen a Brocock rifle that’s a good example of a recessed foster fill port). Were you able to source a 1/8 BSSP male foster fill nipple with male threads from ATP?

I went ahead and ordered the XL male quick connect adapter from ATP. They said if it doesn't work he'll help me figure it out. I did call AOA tho, Chris said it will fit the EVOL. I'll keep up you guys posted.

It most certainly is inset, not fully, but enough to be a little bit of a p.i.t.a. sometimes. That extension up above is a good idea, and I will be getting one. The two ends in the above photo are the same size, you can see how deep into the knurling the inset is. There is just enough to pinch, top and bottom, but not side to side.

I also used an Air Venturi fill whip that came with my Air Venturi Wingman SCBA tank. Worked fine.
@Castin’Catchin’ 26 Pardon the late response, but in the event that anyone else has this issue or question - take note. This is not the AV fill whip, BUT this ATP fill whip as the same sized foster fitting. As I stated before, it works fine. I have zero issues attaching or detaching it from the Evol’s male foster fill nipple.

Unless they changed the fill port design in newer models/production of the Evol, the style/size foster fitting in the photos is not an issue. No need to file or alter anything. No extended fitting necessary.
