I needed a couple of parts for my Impact and ordered them from FX and FX indicated that the parts were in stock. How long on average does it take for them to ship the part in your experience? I'm not in a super hurry to get them but don't want it drag on for months and months. If it takes too long there is a good chance that I won't even remember what they are for. LOL! It's the downside of getting older I guess. Thanks

When I have ordered in the past, I recall instock parts shipping within a week or so and arriving 3 to 5 days after shipment. I'm in California for reference.

I have actually ordered from them about five times and the average time to shipping was within 2 days after I made payment (usually the next day, but it took 2 days one time). I live on the east coast, so USPS ship[ping is usually pretty quick. They are at least as fast as any of the retailers I deal with. Only Amazon is faster (for me), and they don’t carry FX stuff.

Same here. In Idaho so kind of in between. I have never waited more than a week for parts to arrive and it is usually a day or two earlier than that.

I've gotten parts as fast as 3 to 4 days and worse case took just over a week. The only time there was a delay was due to their moving to a different building during the same week. They are GREAT about helping their customers in my experience.

Thanks for all of the responses. Do they send you an email with tracking when the order is shipped? I placed the order last week on 4/6 and paid for it the same day but haven't received email confirmation of shipping yet. I'm located in Missouri so it shouldn't take too long to get here and this being the first time that I have dealt with FXUSA was curious about their time to process and send orders out.

Email, tracking number. USPS will deliver it to the wrong address. I'm expecting my parts tomorrow, Thursday, so 4-5 days, excluding weekends.

My experience is purchased parts can take a few or more weeks. Warranty parts less than a week. Great people over there at FX.

Took about a week after I paid for parts to get confirmation of shipping (can't remember if there was a tracking #) received it 3 days later.

Wow most of the orders I placed came in a week or two. This order was over 2 months, not sure if it was because the parts were for a Bobcat or not. It took 1 email and 2 weeks later a phone call then the parts arrived a few days later. This is the first time I have ever had an "issue"

I got an email from FX with the tracking number this morning so I guess it will be shipped soon. Now that I know what to expect it I'll be ordering some more parts in the near future.
