at a show today and came across a vendor with a stock of 22 cal serb made pellets marked pb sports ranger round nose made by mar. ive never seen serbian pellets. are they any good?

Check this guy out (Darko), he's got a genuine Serbian gun channel and perhaps he has covered these pellets in one of his videos. I'd also suggest you to have a look at his insta, or facebook, perhaps he has mentioned or even covered them there.
However, I believe you're reffering to these pellets here:

If that's the case, then I reckon these pellets will perform very closely to those of the Slovenian brand COAL; I've shot COALs extensively, and by that I mean a whole LOT, and I have to say that I was very impressed with some of their pellets, whilst completely dissapointed with others... In that regard, I can speculate that pellets made especially for hunting, with an emphasis on creating a large wound channel and having good penetration, won't perform very well in terms of accuracy, at least the COAL FX-450s in .177 did not, from any of my guns. But who knows, these could perform flawlessly, for all I know...

Somebody here in the usa had them. Like just before covd mess then ive not seen them again .. maybe sold on amazon at that time?

I'm a strange guy. I have a few on Youtube I watch fairly often. Cap and Ball, Survival Russia, Dum Dum, Taosnyia Tropa, etc....I don't know, but as Darko's friends would say: "pa jebiga"
I bought a couple tins. I guess it's remains from a company that liquidated so the owner could move to Israel. At least what they told me.
