That must hurt after a while.... Here is the seating tool I got from an individual on EBay. It is custom made by the individual and has a lanyard lope so you can tie a length of rawhide to hang it around you neck. You won't lose it. The steel ball bearing is about 1/4" inch in diameter. I used one like this for every shot I took with my Crow Magnum years ago. My HW90 arrives this Tuesday. I'll be doing the same. I went and ordered this pellet seater along with a leather pellet pouch ahead of my 90 arriving. I'm ready to shoot. Can't wait!

I generally seat by thumb in break barrels to gage fit. In fixed barrels the sharpened dowel won't go around the corner so to speak, so the dental tool works a treat and is cheap. The ball on the end of the stick looks promising.

Yes , I really like them. I now have 3 different .20 cal.
My 98 at first was like a scatter gun at first but settled down. Tomorrow I‘ll try the 15.89.
I jumped on the 97 to try the heavies and it made no difference. I could shoot gravel, off my driveway and it would be accurate. Crow

JSB 13.73's are what I'm breaking in the HW30 with. I'm about a third into the second tin, and I notice the accuracy is tightening up today.

My first group out of the box with open sights killed me. 3/4 of an inch, shaped like a y, 4" low and 1" left, at 29 yards.
