I am trying to fix a leak and just keeps getting worse.where can I get it repaired.I’m trying to fix it for my brother in law.

have to identify where the leak is coming from first,
may be as simple as snugging up a gauge.

I am trouble filling it and once I have air into the green on the gauge it won’t fill.air comes out of the tank below the air pressure release screw.I put seals in-air tube.

Process of elimination, go slow.
1) Balloon/zip lock on barrel (indicative of poppet valve leakage)
2) Soapy water around gauge (Let gravity keep the water ingress into the gun / keep gauge pointed towards ground)
3) Same as #2 but at the fill probe/foster fitting location
4) Same as #2 but on valve retention screws or any screws near the valving of the gun

Oh you know where it is, and you resealed the tube? There are several youtube videos you should review.

Oh its leaking out of the barrel? Huh..probably your poppet seal, just as the other gen having his flashpup leak out the barrel.

Hatsan - Flash pup o rings
Been looking all over for sizes. I found one list..but the numbers seems to be a bit wonky on a few. All I've been able to find out is all flash pump .25 I rings are metric. I'd order from hatsan, but they have listed it out of stock for awhile. The kit on eBay doesn't show sizes and won't...

I owned an AT44. Getting the air tube apart was very simple (at the brass fitting end). Sounds as though the spring loaded valve at that end of the tube is not sealing enough to stop air from coming out. Are you filling while tube is screwed into gun? Remove air tube from gun & try to fill. See if it's holding or if air is leaking out holes in brass fitting. Could be as simple as dirt or debris not allowing valve to seat properly. Your description was pretty vague. That's all I can come up with for now. Maybe some pictures & more details. Good luck Joe!
