On the left as indicated by the arrow you need to select the category prefix even if its N/A this lets people know what the thread is about when needed.

Only required in classifieds to have a prefix for your post.

Because the general section doesn't use the prefix that others do.

So it's not just classified .

Maybe why I just post everything in general discussion .. maybe not a requirement in that section (??)
