Does .20 caliber affect price of Sharp Ace?

I am selling a very nice Sharp Ace in .20 cal.. I was talking with the potential buyer and when he heard it was a .20 cal. he said it was very rare and much more valuable than a .177 or .22., in fact he felt it would now be out of his price range. This was a surprise to me as I thought if anything it would be worth somewhat less with the current ammo shortage.I would be interested in what the forum members think about the value of .20 calibers in general and this rifle in particular.
TIA

That rifle looks timeless. Looks like it is shooting standing still. How is the trigger?

I found this review from Tom Gaylord. Not the same model but close. Good review as always, Tom knows his stuff.

Hi Westypete, I hope you don't mind this old thread revival. I have just joined this forum from the Netherlands, as I am doing research on Sharp, for a book that I am writing on the brand. I have a .20 Innova, but I had never seen a .20 Ace. What a beautiful gun. I wondered if you still know the serial number? It would be interesting info for my book. If you prefer to send me an email about it: [email protected]. Many thanks and greetings from Amsterdam, Louis
